Treats
What does freeze dried raw mean?
These treats are created using a gentle freeze dry process that removes moisture while preserving all of their natural nutritional properties. They are freeze dried in their raw form—and because there is no moisture after the freeze dry process—they become shelf stable when sealed in their bag.
Where are these treats made?
Made in the USA. Our ingredients are sourced in the USA and freeze-dried in an FDA and SQF certified facility in Indiana. Every batch of our treats are tested by independent laboratories before they are shipped to your pet.
Can humans eat these treats?
No. While we source the most premium "Human-grade" ingredients in the USA, these treats are meant to only be eaten by our pets.
My treats look different than what I see online?
It is perfectly normal to have a slight variation in color and shape with what you get vs. what you see in the photo. If you think there is something wrong with your treats please, take a photo and contact us at help@snaggletoothpets.com.
How should I store your treats?
Our bag comes with a convenient resealable zip lock bag to maintain freshness. Once open, it is best to feed within 45 days after the package is opened. Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Do not refrigerate.
Shipping
How long will it take to ship my order?
All orders are hand packed by our founders Meagan & Korra and will be shipped out within 1-3 business days after placing your order. We ship domestically via USPS and depending on your shipping method and shipping address, will arrive anywhere between 1-2 weeks.
Which orders quality for free shipping?
Orders over $30 qualify for free domestic USPS ground shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Due to restrictions with shipping treat products out of the USA, we don’t currently offer international shipping, but we hope to in the future! Please let us know which country you’d like us to ship to at help@snaggletoothpets.com.
Refunds & Returns
What is your 30-day guarantee?
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your treats, we’ll exchange your product or issue you a full refund, as long as you contact us within 30 days. Please send your request to help@snaggletoothpets.com.
Note: for non-treat items, we will subtract a $7 restocking fee from your refund.
How can I cancel my order?
Uh-Oh, accidents happen. To cancel your order please email us and help@snaggletoothpets.com within 2 hours of placing your order and include your order number and email address you used to place the order and we will help you out.

Why aren’t your products on amazon?
We are a bootstrapped small business and don’t have the logistics or capital to give a cut to Big Corp Bezos. We hope you support our small business and buy directly from us through our website! Your support would mean the world to us.
Can I buy your products in stores?
We are mainly an online business. Currently we are in some local independent pet stores. If you’d like to see our products in stores near you, please contact us and let us know where you’d like to see Snaggletooth on shelves!
